Currently, payments are handled directly between you and the seller. Most sellers accept cash upon delivery or direct bank transfers. The exact payment method will be confirmed when the seller contacts you regarding your order.

Each independent seller handles their own logistics. Some sellers offer home delivery, while others may require you to pick up the item in person. You can see the seller's city on the product page.

Yes. To ensure a safe marketplace for our sellers, all buyers must create a free account before they can add items to their cart and checkout.

You can easily chat with sellers using our built-in messaging system! Just click the "Message" button on any product page, or click "Contact Seller" directly from your Order History dashboard to ask questions.

Listing products is 100% free! We only charge a flat 10% commission on successful sales. Because buyers pay you directly, your commission fees will accumulate in your Seller Wallet.

You can check your balance at any time by going to your Dashboard and clicking "Wallet & Billing". You will need to arrange payment directly with the platform administrator. Note: If your unpaid balance reaches 500 ₺, your shop will be temporarily suspended.

To build a highly trusted marketplace and prevent scams, we require all sellers to verify their identity. Your documents are stored securely and are only visible to the site administrators.

To maintain a high-quality environment, all new listings and product edits are briefly reviewed by our moderation team. Once an admin approves it, your product will automatically become visible to all buyers.
