Shop TRNC Rent acts exclusively as an online venue that allows users to offer, sell, and buy products in North Cyprus. We are not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers.

Consequently, we have no control over the quality, safety, morality, or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for items. You agree that Shop TRNC Rent is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions made through our platform.

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Sellers must undergo Identity Verification (KYC) before listing products.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

To maintain a high-quality environment, all product listings are subject to review. By submitting a product, you agree that:

• Listings will remain in a "Pending" state until approved by platform administrators.
• Shop TRNC Rent reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate without prior notice.

Shop TRNC Rent provides an internal messaging system to facilitate communication regarding products and orders.

• You agree to use the messaging system respectfully and solely for transaction-related inquiries.
• Monitoring: For the safety and security of our community, Shop TRNC Rent administrators have the right to monitor, review, and audit all communications sent through the platform to prevent fraud, abuse, and harassment.

By listing products on Shop TRNC Rent, sellers agree to pay a 10% commission on all completed sales generated through the platform.

Because payments are often handled directly upon delivery, commission fees accumulate in the seller's virtual wallet. If a seller's outstanding balance reaches 500 ₺, their shop will be temporarily restricted until the balance is settled. Sellers are legally bound to fulfill orders accurately and adhere to our strict prohibited items policy.

You may not use our platform to:

• Violate any local, state, or international laws (including TRNC commerce laws).
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any other technologies that may harm the platform or the interests of other users.
• Harvest or collect information about users without their consent.
