Return & Refund Policy

Shop TRNC Rent connects buyers directly with independent local sellers in North Cyprus. Because transactions and deliveries are often handled directly between you and the seller, returns must first be initiated directly with the shop that sold you the item.

To be eligible for a return, the following platform-wide standards apply unless the seller explicitly states otherwise on their product page:

• Timeframe: You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the Order ID from your TRNC Rent dashboard.

Sellers are obligated to accept returns or offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• The item is significantly different from the product description or photos.
• The wrong item, size, or color was delivered.

*Note: "Change of mind" returns are accepted solely at the discretion of the individual seller.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items generally cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Personal care items, intimates, and cosmetics.
• Digital downloads or software.
